For Angel and Lulu Prost, the sibling duo behind Frost Children, home has always sounded like dance music. The St. Louis-born musicians grew up steeped in the sleek catharsis of golden-age EDM: huddling over YouTube videos of 2010s festival staples like Zedd, Skrillex, and Krewella; watching rapt as Virtual Riot commanded a headline show at their neighbourhood outdoor amphitheater; digging through their eldest brother’s dubstep collection. The duo’s third album SISTER, out September 12th via True Panther Records/Dirty Hit, is an exhilarating return to those first sounds that moved them, echoing with the reverence and refinement of two formidable artists crafting exactly what they want to hear. But it’s also a striking portrait of Frost Children’s singular creative partnership: as bandmates, as roommates, as symbiotic savants practicing the art of what Angel calls “twin telepathy.” Boldly revitalizing and revolutionizing a too-often-devalued subgenre, Frost Children have delivered their most forthright and full-bodied identity statement yet. Speckman D.J. & Producer hailing from Hamburg. He is co-founder of the tastemaking partyseries Dreamteam and resident at the legendary Golden Pudel Club. His latest album titled „NOISEMAKER“ on Public Possession came out last year followed by singles and collaborations with artists like Gossip Girl Swag or Kev Koko. His eclectic style as a D.J. is perfectly represented in his productions, sitting comfortably between techhouse, indie, new rave and electronica it could probably be best described as a pretty epic take on electroclash in a fully updated, reloaded 2025 version. Fu**in seriously, unserious party music with a nod to the past yet fully in the present. Earlier this year, he dropped the track “Shabab(es) im VIP” with Pashanim and Ceren, which topped the German charts for four straight weeks. Sooooo, when he’s not in the studio, working on new tracks and projects you might find him soon in a D.J. booth close to you, no matter if he is supporting „The Dare“ on his EU Tour, playing a 2Hollis aftershowparty or holding controls at clubs all over the world. It’s going to be wild and full of surprises.
