15th September 2009:
First Coordination meeting aboard the Ship in Amsterdam.
Were present the first initial partners: STUBNITZ (de.) / TIMITAR (ma.) / BI-POLE (fr.) / INCOGNITO (lb.).

15th of October 2009:
INCOGNITO leaves the project.

October-November 2009:
Looking for another partner in Lebanon and the Mashreck.

11th of Novembre 2009: SKYPE MEETING 1

25th of November 2009: SKYPE MEETING 2

November-December 2009:
-ACOUSMATIK (lb.) and IRTIJAL (lb.) decide to take over the management of the project in Lebanon / Mashreck.
-100 COPIES AND LABEL (eg.) joins in.

11th of December 2009: SKYPE MEETING 3

January 2010:
-Integration of the new partners.
-Search for network extension in Algeria / Tunisia / Turkey

February 2010:
-Coordination Meeting in Agadir.
Were presents: TIMITAR; MS STUBNITZ; BI-POLE. IRTIJAL and ACOUSMATIK couldn't come due to visa issue.
Integration of the team goes on.
The partners get introduced to local authorities and receive a positive first feedback.

February 2010:
-Coordination Meeting in Beirut.
Were presents: MS STUBNITZ; ACOUSMATIK; IRTIJAL.
Mainly in order to meet each other for real and exchange about the project in general and its feasibiliy in Lebanon.

26th of february 2010: SKYPE MEETING 4

=>From now on, SKYPE MEETINGS will be held every friday at 13o'clock egyptian time.

5th of March 2010: SKYPE MEETING 5

March 2010:
-MM. Camel Zekry (Dz.) and Afif (Tu.) interested in the project and will attend the Coordination meeting that is to be held aboard the ship from the 14th to the 18th of April.
-Files sent to the ROBERTO CIMETTA FUND in order to get the travel expenses of the Rostock's coordination meeting covered.

April 2010:
