2. SIM SITUATION AND OBJECTIVES

The 4 very first steps of this project may be listed as follows:

Objective 1: Building a network of committed people all around the Mediterranean Sea.
=> The SIM is a participative, nonprofit project, in which we wish to gather genuinely interested personalities.

Objective 2: Make a feasibility study of the project.
=> The very first step of the project: Make sure it will be possible to stay in Mediterranean harbors and to organize festivals in the best conditions.

Objectives 1 and 2 are pretty much linked, sinced the feasibility study will be mainly under the responsibility of our local partners. The MS STUBNITZ will of course bring its full support to it.

Objective 3: Define more precisely what will be the cultural orientation of this festival.
=> If our intentions are clear, we still need to determine how to implement them.

Objective 4: Develop a website for the project.
=> That could be a comprehensive, participative and interactive platform for the promotion and interconnection of the Mediterranean avant-gardes
