Partnership's added value:
As an administrative management body, it combines the flexibility of two small structures with the strength and capacity of major regional operators (A). As a content management body , it offers both a perfect geographical and a comprehensive disciplinary
coverage of the region's artistic actuality(B).
A/ As an administrative management body
The flexibility: Lapis (north med) and Agora (south med) might be considered the "pilots" of this project, in the sense that they are two relatively small and flexible structure that will manage the "groundwork" of this project, through a direct connexion with the merging artistic movements that are meant to be the core of our artistic proposal.
The reliability: All other partners are major operators of the regional cultural landscape, and represent a mix of private (Beiteddine, Primavera, Scoop) and public or semi-public (Municipality of Cagliari; Valetta2018; Technopolis) structures. Thus they will bring the expertise in managing operations of such a scale, by means of controls, advices etc.
B/ as a content management body
Perfect geographical coverage. The geography of the project is quite balanced, with a heart at the center of the Mediterranean Sea (Cagliari + Malta + Sicily) and a good coverage North-East (Barcelona) North-West (Athens) South-"West (well.. in a way ..)" (Tunis) South-East (Alexandria and Beirut).
Comprehensive disciplinary coverrage: If this project remains broadly music oriented, all structures are in a way or another experiencing other forms of arts (dance, theater), while Valetta 2018 and Technopolis of two essentially transdisciplinary
structures.
